Hey, I’m Humaira, the heart behind Whomyraah (that’s Who-my-raah, in case you were wondering!). The name is a soft little tribute to my own, and it means so much to me. It’s full of warmth, passion and is known to have a reddish energy that symbolizes all kinds of joy and good vibes, basically everything I want you to feel when you’re here. This space started as a way to document my travels, but honestly, it’s grown into so much more. It’s my cozy little corner of the internet where I share all the things I love, travel, lifestyle, slow mornings, beautiful spaces, wellness rituals, and those little joys that make everyday life feel special.

A few years back, I stepped away from my job as a legal practitioner (yep, big switch!) and leaned into what truly lit me up, exploring the world, creating, and telling stories. My love for travel started early, thanks to my Baba (my dad), who was always off on some adventure and came home with the kind of stories that made me want to go everywhere.

I’m originally from Bangladesh, now a proud cat mom to two little furballs. After marrying the loml, we moved to Australia and spent nearly two dreamy years there soaking in the landscapes, exploring hidden gems, and learning to capture not just how places looked, but how they made me feel. These days, I’m based in Canada, a bit closer to family (and snow), but the wanderlust is still very much alive. For me, travel is less about checking places off a list and more about slowing down, connecting with new cultures, and collecting the kind of memories that quietly shape who you are. I’ve definitely embraced a softer, cozier kind of travel and I love sharing that with you.
